Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Support Worker to join our Ramsgate team. The role supports young people in daily life, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills in a safe, nurturing home environment.

You will provide a warm, supportive setting, build strong relationships with residents, assist with care plans, and maintain records. This position offers part-time hours on-site with additional sleep-in payments and opportunities for progression

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people (preferred).
• A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
