Job summary

Bedspace Resource Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a part-time Children’s Residential Care Worker to provide a loving and safe environment for children aged 8–18 in a residential setting. Qualifications

Experience working with children in a residential setting.
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or willingness to complete.
Aged 21+ due to industry regulations.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use.

Responsibilities

Provide direct support and care for children in a residential setting, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Develop and implement individualised care plans tailored to each child's needs.
Maintain open communication with children, families, and team members to foster a supportive environment.
Drive children to appointments and activities as needed, ensuring timely arrivals.
Document progress and any incidents accurately using IT systems for record-keeping.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance the quality of care provided.
Form positive relationships with children based on respect and openness.
