Are you a skilled cook or chef looking for a flexible part-time opportunity? We are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Chef / Cook to support a small café-style kitchen in Bridgwater, providing quality meals for one-off events and regular service twice a week until September.
You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving:
Classic café favourites like bacon rolls, sausage baps, and full English breakfasts
Simple but tasty function meals such as pie and mash, sausage and mash, risotto, or chicken wrapped in bacon
You’ll need to ensure food is prepared safely, to a high standard, and in line with hygiene guidelines.
Proven experience working as a cook or chef
Able to manage a small kitchen independently
Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to key event dates (especially 20th June)
Food hygiene awareness and attention to detail
Available for an immediate start
£15.00 per hour
Ongoing work until September
Friendly, relaxed working environment
