Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is looking for a part-time chef to join the Red Lion team. You will master the menu and contribute to guests' positive experiences in a welcoming pub environment.

You’ll enjoy flexible shifts, great staff discounts across brands, and opportunities to grow with paid qualifications. We don’t require a CV to apply, and compensation is competitive for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction from senior staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook and plate dishes to a high standard and maintain menu accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety protocols in the kitchen.
