Job summary

Eurest in Pontefract is seeking an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service. You will confidently oversee all catering and service operations on a part-time basis (22.75 hours per week).

As a Catering Supervisor, you’ll ensure kitchens and service counters run smoothly, lead from the front, train teams, and monitor KPIs. We offer progression within a values-driven environment that rewards dedication and celebrates individuality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated to upskill.

Responsibilities

• Prepare delicious food to the highest standards.
• Supervise culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service.
• Communicate with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets.
• Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image.
• Liaise between customers and teams to exceed expectations.
• Support and train teams, leading from the front to enable excellence.
• Implement and review Health & Safety standards across all catering and service teams.
