Compass Group UK&I Defence division is hiring a Customer Services Assistant to join a busy team delivering exceptional customer experiences at Defence sites. This part-time role is contracted to 30 hours per week, across 50.2 weeks per year, with opportunities to progress within a company that values its people.

You will prepare delicious food, display items attractively, handle cash, and maintain food safety and health standards while representing Defence to uphold a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or similar role preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrates a can-do attitude and enthusiasm.
• Excellent customer service skills and team collaboration.
