Job summary

North Lanarkshire Council is seeking a part-time Catering Assistant to support daily food preparation, serve meals and beverages, and help maintain a clean, safe environment at Wishaw Sports Centre.

The role requires clear communication, basic literacy and numeracy, and teamwork. Experience in catering or till/cash handling is desirable, and an Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Understands customer needs and current food trends.

• Brings experience of customer service, with some exposure to till or cash handling.
