An established industry player is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join their team. This role involves providing essential administrative support within a government body, ensuring efficient processes are maintained to assist staff and service users. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sensitive information, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication among various stakeholders. Up to £12.21 per hour + holiday and pension
7 months assignment with a possible extension
£11.44 per hour (paid weekly)
Summary
The jobholder will provide administrative support within a government body, ensuring that staff and service users are supported through efficient processes, maintaining administration systems within specified timescales in order to promote the achievement of team and Divisional objectives.
In line with PS policies and procedures, the job holder must at all times demonstrate a commitment to equality and inclusion and an understanding of their relevance to the work they do.
This role may involve some out of hours work.
The post holder must adhere to all policies in respect of the sensitive/confidential nature of the information handled whilst working in this position.
