Part Time Caretaker

IMH are currently seeking a part-time Caretaker to work for our client on a permanent basis. This is a varied role in which you will be responsible for the general maintenance of the venues.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting repairs and maintenance
2. Opening and closing the venue (Keyholder)
3. Cleaning and decorating
4. Maintaining the external areas to a high standard
5. Assisting customers and contractors within the venue
6. Responding to enquiries via telephone and in person
7. Setting out and moving furniture
8. Conducting regular health and safety checks

About you:

1. Experience in Facilities operations, caretaking or building repairs
2. Experience using hand tools and step ladders
3. Knowledge of health and safety at work
4. Experience operating public buildings
5. Must have own transport

Hours and pay:

1. 23-30 hours per week
2. £12.60 per hour
3. Some evening/weekend work may be required
