Job summary

Nexus Care Services is hiring in the Sutton Coldfield, Tamworth and Lichfield area to support clients in their own homes. You will provide companionship and practical help to enable people to live independently, while developing your communication skills and confidence in a supportive team.

No prior care experience is required if you are reliable, kind and keen to learn; full training and ongoing support are provided, with paid shadowing, progression opportunities, and a focus on making a real

• Driving licence and access to your own car.
• Genuine passion for helping others.
• Ideally one year of care experience, personal or professional.
