Job summary

Home Instead Market Harborough is seeking Care Professionals to provide personalised in-home care on contracted hours. You will support clients with daily living tasks, companionship, and social activities in their own homes, with flexible part-time hours to fit around family and other commitments.

We offer full paid training, DBS checking, travel and mileage allowances, and dedicated support from a friendly care management team.

Qualifications

• UK resident eligible to work in the UK
• Must have a driving licence and access to a car
• DBS checks required and training provided

Responsibilities

• Personal Care: assist with morning routines, grooming and bathing as needed
• Companionship: provide conversation, social engagement and activities
• Activities: accompany clients to local events and hobbies to promote wellbeing
• Plan, prepare and cook nutritious meals in line with dietary needs
• Light housekeeping: keep client homes clean, safe and tidy
