Home Instead in Reading is seeking kind and compassionate Care Professionals to help clients live safely at home. You will work part-time on weekends, providing personal care, domestic tasks, and meaningful companionship tailored to each client’s needs.

We offer guaranteed minimum hours and our pay for shifts worked includes travel and waiting time. A valid UK driving licence is required; even a couple of days per week can make a real difference to people’s lives.

Responsibilities

• Personal care includes hygiene, assistance with mobility, using the restroom, and getting ready for bed.
• Domestic Tasks like light housework and assisting our client with food preparation and cooking.
• Activities involving companionship
• Taking a client to appointments, social outings and shopping.
• We require a minimum visit of an hour with regular clients.
