Job summary

Cornerstone in Irvine, Scotland is seeking caring colleagues to support two ladies to live life to the fullest. You’ll assist with mobility, accompany them on outings and help with daily tasks, all while receiving training and support from our team.

No experience? No problem—we’ll train you and fund recognised qualifications as you work. A full UK manual driving licence and at least one year of driving experience are required, along with a positive, proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• At least 12 months driving experience required.
• Positive, caring and can-do attitude.
• Willingness to get involved and make a difference.

Responsibilities

• Support two ladies with mobility including use of tracking hoists.
• Assist with community outings and daily activities.
• Provide companionship and encouragement to build independence.
• Complete required training and gain funded qualifications.

Skills
