Responsabilités

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals and beverages on time.

• Liaise with care teams and residents to create personalised menus.
• Maintain hygiene per HACCP and COSHH regulations.
• Manage food stocks, orders, and budgets.
• Supervise catering staff, including rota planning.
• Provide catering for events and special occasions.
• Ensure health and safety compliance.
