Home Instead in Brixham is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Care & Companionship Assistant to provide vital support to older adults in the community. This role offers flexibility in hours, allowing you to work around your lifestyle while rewarding you with hourly pay of £13.05–£13.55.

Your responsibilities will include offering companionship, assisting with personal care, and helping with daily tasks to enrich the lives of our clients. No prior experience is needed as we offer paid training.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing friendly companionship and emotional support

Assisting with personal care – including help with washing, dressing, and medication reminders

Building trust and confidence with regular, local clients
