We are currently hiring part-time Care Assistants in Cromer, Sheringham, Holt, Fakenham, North Walsham, Blakeney, and surrounding villages, with full-time roles available as our team expands. Training is provided, so whether you’re experienced or new to care, we’ll support you every step of the way.

Pay and Benefits
  • £13.50 per hour
  • Effective hourly rate of £15.13 including holiday pay
  • Earn £20.25/hr on bank holidays (time and a half pay)

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support clients in daily living activities, including meal preparation and medication management.
  • Develop and follow care plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes to the care team.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication and companionship.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
Skills
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Basic IT skills for maintaining records and using care management software.
  • Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Experience in a care home or home care setting is advantageous but not essential.
  • Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
