Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a caring Care Assistant for their UK care home. You will support residents with daily living, meals, and companionship, following care plans and focusing on compassionate, person-centred care.

The role emphasizes a warm, can-do attitude, excellent communication, and the ability to bring comfort and meaningful moments to residents in the evenings and weekends.

As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve.
