Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Care Assistant for a Twilight role in one of our care homes. You’ll help residents with daily living, provide companionship and ensure they receive the quality care they deserve, with empathy and warmth guiding every interaction.

You’ll work with a dedicated team, following care plans, supporting meals, and creating meaningful moments. Training is provided, and rewards include training, wellbeing support, and a range of staff benefits.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too. It’s a chance to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. ABOUT YOU
To join us as a Care Assistant you’ll need to have some experience of caring for older people, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
