Job summary

Home Instead Gloucester is looking for kind and compassionate care assistants to join our dedicated team to support elderly clients in and around Gloucester. You’ll provide companionship and practical support in clients’ homes, helping them stay happy, healthy and independent.

We offer onboarding training, flexible part-time and full-time hours, and competitive pay from £14 to £15.68 per hour with guaranteed holiday pay. Benefits include a pension scheme and an employee referral bonus program.

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; training provided.
• Must have a means of transport to visit clients' homes.
• Willingness to learn and support elderly clients.
• Part-time or full-time contracted hours available.

Qualifications

While experience is always valued, we can train and bring you up to the required skills level very quickly. So even if you have no priorexperience or qualifications you can stilljoin the Home Instead team with a willingness to learn.

Must have a means of transport as clients are predominately cared for in their own homes, or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings and can live in remote areas.
