Radfield Home Care Bedford and Ampthill is hiring a part-time Care Assistant to support older people in the local community. You don’t need prior experience; a great personality and reliable transport are the keys to delivering compassionate care.

The role offers flexible working hours with a competitive hourly rate of £13.00‑£14.00, travel time paid at your rate and mileage paid. You must be over 18, hold a full UK licence or access to a vehicle, and have the right to work in the UK.

A great personality and good values are the most important attributes to deliver great care. You will need to be over the age of 18, have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle and the right to work in the UK.

This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
