Job summary

East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a part-time Cancer Education Team Administrator to support the Postgraduate Education Centre and multidisciplinary Cancer Services teams. You will help coordinate education, training events, and workforce development with a focus on accurate records and effective IT support.

Working two weeks on a 3-2 pattern, you will assist with induction programmes, study days, HR pre-employment checks, and liaise across departments to ensure

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent.
• Good level of mathematics and English and general office experience.
• Evidence of creating and maintaining databases and accurate reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study days, induction programmes and training events.
• Maintain accurate records and databases for education and training.
• Support online learning platforms and digital processes.
• Collaborate with HR for pre-employment checks and look after work experience placements.
• Ensure effective communication across the Cancer Education Team and Trust.
• Support supervision of training delivery and governance checks.
