We are recruiting for a Cancer Education Team Administrator who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients. The post holder will provide comprehensive administrative and Information Technology support to the Postgraduate Education Centre, supporting the delivery of high-quality education and training to multidisciplinary staff groups across Cancer Services. Working as part of the Cancer Education Team, the post holder will support senior staff and training teams with a range of administrative and coordination duties relating to education, workforce development and staff training processes. Key responsibilities include coordinating study days, induction programmes and training events; maintaining accurate records and databases; supporting online learning platforms; working with Human Resources to support identification and pre‑employment checks, look after all work experience placement for Mount Vernon Cancer Centre, ensuring effective communication across the department. The post will be worked on a part‑time basis, with a two‑week working pattern of 3 days one week and 2 days the following week. There will be some flexibility to adjust working days to meet service requirements and ensure appropriate office cover. In addition, you will receive a High‑Cost Area Supplement of 15% of your basic salary, subject to a minimum payment of £4,870 and a maximum payment of £6,137 per annum pro rata.
