Part Time Business Development Administrator

The Princess Grace Hospital, London, W1U 5NY

Part Time, 18.75 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 0900 – 1700

Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Administrator to join our Business Development Team at The Princess Grace Hospital. The role involves providing sales support to Business Development Managers, managing requests related to CWS (“Community Wide Scheduling”) diaries, and leading onboarding and training for new and existing Consultants to promote CWS adoption. Training will be delivered through online and face-to-face meetings as needed.

What you'll do:

  • Be the main contact for establishing system access for Consultants and Secretaries.
  • Produce reports related to CWS upon request.
  • Coordinate onboarding of new Consultants across departments.
  • Resolve system issues for Consultants daily.
  • Generate monthly progress reports, identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Manage customer and internal queries efficiently.
  • Handle calls proactively, resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in sales administration/support or account management in healthcare.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and collaborative approach.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
