Business Support Administrator - Part-Time - 3 days per week!

Location: Bridgwater - TA5 1UF

Hours: 07.25am - 17.00 over the 3 days (To be agreed)

Salary: Up to £25,500.

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the business support and operations teams
  • Handling client correspondence, reports and scheduling
  • Managing internal systems and ensuring accurate records are maintained
  • Supporting with invoicing, timesheets, and general office tasks
  • Assisting in the coordination of site visits and resource planning

What we're looking for:

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally in a technical or compliance-led environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems
  • Great communication skills and a team-focused attitude
  • Experience in the asbestos, environmental or construction sectors is desirable but not essential
