Ils Case Management is seeking a dedicated Carer/Support Worker to provide practical support to a client in London NW5. The role involves domestic help, companionship, and assisting with daily activities; typical shifts are on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a possibility of extra hours on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximising client independence to continue enjoying important activities
• Facilitating hobbies and leisure activities
• Supporting in the gym and completing exercise routines
• Assist with diary updates and appointment support
• Encouraging use of public transport to increase independence
• Assisting with shopping and domestic tasks
