M&B (Vintage Inns) is looking for a part-time Breakfast Chef at the Angel to master our menu, serve guests and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, ensuring consistency from prep to service.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work mornings and weekends.
• Excellent hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and mise en place before service.
• Cook breakfast to standard and menu knowledge.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety throughout service.
