Role Description

About the role: You will be working as part of our store team in a luxury retail environment where you will share a passion for our brand and our values with our customers and colleagues. You will lead by example and apply PVH values to practice, inspire your team to generate sales and profit, minimize losses, and create the best possible customer experience while ensuring the store is visually distinctive and impeccably maintained. PVH Europe and our brands are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse community of associates with a strong sense of belonging.

Responsibilities
  • Be able to demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and possess successful link selling skills to drive business.
  • Ability to outfit build for customers; make product recommendations and drive store KPIs.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
  • Act as Brand Ambassador with a keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
  • Ensure shop floor maintenance, presentation and organization issues are addressed appropriately.
  • Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to the changing business environment, especially around peak trade.
  • Adapt fast and act with purpose in driving sales using our digital platforms.
  • Connect with consumers and apply prior experience in hospitality or retail to enhance the customer experience.
