Job summary

Booker Group in Oxford is seeking a part-time customer service assistant to join our fast-paced wholesale/retail team. You will help customers, stock shelves, and assist with deliveries and picking to ensure speedy service.

We require a can-do attitude, a passion for service, and reliability. Candidates must be 18+ and available across 5/7 days. A friendly, inclusive environment with opportunities within a large group connected to Tesco plc.

• Experience in wholesale or retail is preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work across 5/7 days and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and product location.
• Cash handling, till operation and transaction accuracy.
• Stock shelves, keep the store tidy and assist with deliveries/picking as required.

*This is a Part Time Position

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

We are 5/7 day operation, (check our website for specific opening times).

We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.
