Job summary

Booker Group plc is hiring a Part Time Branch Assistant at 4 Shearbridge Rd, Bradford. You will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced, team-based environment, helping customers find what they need, stocking shelves, and operating tills.

The role is part of a 5/7 day operation with varied shifts; you must be 18 or over and able to start early or finish late. Booker offers a competitive salary, a broad benefits package, and opportunities to grow within the Booker Wholesale network.

Qualifications

• Ideally experience within Wholesale or Retail environment.
• A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Be reliable, punctual and properly presented.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries and locating products to ensure quick service.
• Keep shelves stocked and presentable, with accurate stock levels.
• Handle till operation and checkout processes to speed customer flow.
• Assist with order picking and delivery preparation as required.

About the role

*This is a Part Time position.

We are looking for someone with a real can-do attitude who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Working as part of a team you will be working in a dynamic, fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

We are 5/7 day operation, (check our website for specific opening times.)

We only recruit individuals who are aged 17 and over

You will be responsible for

Customers are at the heart of everything we do, our customers need to be back in their own business as quickly as possible having found what they need, we keep the shelves full, provide speed of service through the tills and wish them a fond farewell or maybe our customers need a delivery and we are accurately picking what they need.

You will need
