Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a part-time opportunity in the manufacturing and production sector? Our client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-time Bookkeeper to join their team. If you have proficiency in Sage 50, and a knack for Excel, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks that are essential to our client's operations, including:

  • Posting invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Managing credit control procedures to ensure timely payments.
  • Processing purchase invoicing with attention to detail.
  • Performing nominal coding to maintain accurate records.
  • Conducting reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial statements.
  • Assisting with cash flow management to support business operations.
  • Handling general administrative tasks to support the finance team.
  • Answering incoming phone calls to address queries and provide support.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Sage 50, with a strong understanding of its functionalities.
  • Excellent Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
  • A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all financial tasks.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
