Position Details

• Location: Haywards Heath / East Grinstead area (rural location, own transport and full UK driving license required)
• Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (Apply online only)
• Salary: GBP 15.60 per hour (~GBP 9,734 per year for 12 hours/week) plus benefits

Responsibilities

• Use of accounting software Xero for bookkeeping tasks
• Posting sales invoices and allocating payments
• Producing debtors reports and debt chasing
• Bank reconciliation
• Managing and paying suppliers
• Preparing weekly takings reports
• Balancing and monitoring till, petty cash, and fuel box
• Reconciling credit card invoices and recharges
• Collating information for staff payroll
• Maintaining spreadsheets and cash flow records
• Producing invoices and recharging across companies

Candidate Requirements

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Previous bookkeeping experience
• Own transport and valid UK driving license due to location
