Responsibilities include battery swaps, redistribution between workshop and scheme, workload planning, asset charging, and customer support. Flexibility and independent work are valued; local knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out battery swaps for bikes and e-bikes in Watford.
• Redistribute bikes between workshop and scheme; flag issues via app.
• Plan workload and keep accurate work records using provided tech.
• Charge electrical assets and support service improvements.
• Provide on-street customer assistance and answer hire enquiries.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
