AESOP in London is seeking a Retail Consultant to welcome customers and guide them to products aligned with their needs, delivering an inclusive and exceptional shopping experience. This part-time, 32-hour-per-week on-site position offers product discounts, training, and opportunities to develop skills with LinkedIn Learning and support programs.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, empathy, and a curious mindset to learn about skin, hair, and body care

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role or environment.
• Effective selling skills with ability to drive commercial outcomes.
• Proven ability to work within a team.
• Empathy to manage interpersonal relationships and contribute to an inclusive experience.
• Open mindset and curiosity to understand others and diverse perspectives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of skin care and skin care industry (advantageous).
• Knowledge of hair/body care/fragrance/home categories (advantageous).
