Key responsibilities of a Gaucho Bartender:

• Provide an exceptional experience to all guests.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, drinks, and wines following Gaucho standards.
• Ensure drinks are prepared quickly, accurately, and to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, following setup and breakdown procedures.
• Assist management with stock control to maximize revenue and profits.
• Support, train, and serve as a role model to new team members.
• Represent Gaucho with service excellence and hospitality.
