Job summary

Costa is hiring a Barista on a part-time basis (16 hours per week) to craft beverages and deliver excellent customer service. You will work in a busy high-street setting, operate a POS, keep the bar area clean, and learn brewing methods and beverage blends.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to perform well under pressure while representing the Costa brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-line hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Good time-keeping and reliability.
• Hands-on experience with coffee brewing equipment and beverages.

Responsibilities

• Prepare drinks and serve high-quality beverages and food.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Process payments (cash and card).
• Be a team player and communicate effectively.
• Maintain stock of mugs and plates and assist with stock checks.
