Job summary

Red Lion at Oaktree Pubs is seeking Bar Staff with a friendly, outgoing personality. No experience is required as full training is provided, and you’ll join a warm bar team within Mitchells & Butlers.

You’ll learn quickly, work with colleagues to keep guests happy, and enjoy a supportive environment at the heart of the community.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Bright, enthusiastic personality with customer focus.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol sales.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders.

Job description

As Bar Staff at the Red Lion, you will bring your personality and passion to keep our guests coming back time and time again.

There is no experience needed – We will provide you with all of the knowledge and training you need to succeed in this role. We believe the right kind of personality is key to working for us and are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bar team.

Please note you must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this role as it involves the sale of alcohol.
