Mitchells & Butlers is recruiting a Bar Staff member for Oakford Social Club in Reading. You’ll bring personality and passion to keep guests returning, with full training provided and no prior experience required. Roles involve greeting guests, serving drinks, and maintaining a friendly bar environment.

You must be at least 18 to handle alcohol sales, and you’ll benefit from flexible shifts, staff discounts, and a supportive team within Castle Pubs.
