Job summary

Miller & Carter Banbury is seeking bar staff who bring personality and enthusiasm to a busy guest-focused environment. No prior experience is required as full training is provided to help you succeed on our bar team.

You’ll greet guests, mix and pour drinks, and work with a supportive team to ensure guests have a memorable visit. Benefits include flexible shifts and staff discounts across the brand.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and serve drinks and food to guests.
• Create a friendly atmosphere and help guests feel welcome.
• Work with the team to maintain a lively, efficient bar area.
• Learn and apply product knowledge, including drinks and menus.

There is no experience needed - We will provide you with all of the knowledge and training you need to succeed in this role. We believe the right kind of personality is key to working for us and are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our bar team.
