Job summary

Miller & Carter Northampton is seeking Bar Staff to pour, mix and serve drinks, greet guests and help maintain a welcoming, high‑standard bar. You’ll work as part of a lively team to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

You must be at least 18 to handle alcohol service. The role offers flexible shifts, employee discounts across our brands, Wagestream access, pension and holiday entitlement, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
• Experience in bar/restaurant hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities
