Job summary

Dentalcare in Oxford is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join a friendly NHS/private practice. The role offers NHS clinical work three days weekly, with a 3,000–6,000 UDA target and a balanced private earning potential.

You’ll work in a recently refurbished, technology-driven environment with performance-based pay and strong career progression. Flexible days, mentoring and CPD support are provided, along with Investors in People recognition.

Qualifications

• Qualified, GDC registered Dentist in good standing.
• Able to educate patients on dental health and preventative care.
• Proven ability to build and maintain patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality NHS dentistry three days per week.
• Manage 3,000–6,000 UDAs with a 50/50 private split.

About the role

• NHS Dentistry: Provide high-quality NHS dental services 3 days per week.
• UDA target - 3,000-6,000 UDAs & 50-50 private split

• A passionate individual committed to providing the highest levels of care to our patients
• An experienced, forward-thinking dentist who can build and maintain relationships with patients
• Be confident in educating patients on how to improve their dental health
• Providing care whilst maintaining CQC standards
• Qualified, GDC registered Dentist
• A clear, enhanced DBS certificate
• CPD certificates & 2 clinical references
• Must be fully immunised (Hep B)
