Job summary

Dentalcare Group is seeking a motivated dentist to join the Winterbourne practice. The role offers NHS and private earning potential with a well-maintained patient list in a progressive, supportive environment.

You will provide NHS dentistry, aim for 3,000–6,000 UDAs with a 50-50 private split and benefit from highly competitive pay, flexible days, and a strong CPD/mentoring framework to support your career progression.

Qualifications

• Qualified, GDC registered Dentist with current registration.
• Clear enhanced DBS certificate.
• CPD certificates & 2 clinical references.
• Fully immunised (Hep B)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality NHS dental services 3 days per week.
• Maintain CQC standards in daily practice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients; educate on oral health.
• Progress in implants, Invisalign, facial aesthetics & more with training and mentoring.

About the role

• NHS Dentistry: Provide high-quality NHS dental services 3 days per week, Any.
• UDA target - 3,000-6,000 UDAs & 50-50 private split

• Be confident in educating patients on how to improve your dental health
