Job summary

Dentalcare Group Ltd invites qualified dentists to join a NHS/Private practice with a patient list and progressive, supportive environment. The role offers NHS work two days per week (Wednesdays and Fridays) with a 50/50 private earnings split and UDA targets.

Earn potentials range from £100,000 to £200,000 per annum, with flexible days, system training, and robust mentoring to help you progress. Newly refurbished practices are equipped with the latest technology.

Qualifications

• Qualified, GDC registered Dentist.
• Clear enhanced DBS certificate.
• CPD certificates & 2 clinical references.
• Must be fully immunised (Hep B).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality NHS dental services 2 days per week (Wednesdays and Fridays).
• Meet the UDA target (3,000–6,000 UDAs) with a 50-50 private/public split.
• Educate patients on oral health improvements.
• Maintain high standards in line with CQC requirements.
• Progress in implants, Invisalign, facial aesthetics & more.

About The Role

• NHS Dentistry: Provide high-quality NHS dental services 2 days per week every Wednesday and Friday.
• UDA target - 3,000-6,000 UDAs & 50-50 private split

• An experienced, forward-thinking dentist who can build and maintain relationships with patients
• Be confident in educating patients on how to improve their dental health
• Providing care whilst maintaining CQC standards
• Qualified, GDC registered Dentist
