St Rocco's Hospice in Warrington is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to oversee daily shop operations, drive sales, and manage volunteers in the Shop in the absence of the Shop Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on merchandising, and adherence to charity policies. 15 hours per week, in-person work, with opportunities to contribute to community fundraising and shop performance.

Competenze

• Experience in a charity/retail shop is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Able to work 15 hours per week.

Mansioni

• Take day to day responsibility for managing the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager.
• Manage and train volunteers and ensure high standards of customer care.
• Maintain shop administration and stock management, including merchandising.
• Support health & safety compliance and security of premises.
• Propose improvements and assist with area-wide shop initiatives.
