Miller & Carter - Garforth is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, mentoring staff and driving guest satisfaction. The role focuses on leading by example, maintaining our steak–themed dining standard and ensuring memorable visits.

As part of the team you’ll contribute to a positive work environment, participate in training, and help deliver outstanding service while promoting progression opportunities within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to wow guests and encourage repeat visits.
