Miller & Carter Enderby is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager to support the General Manager, lead the team, and deliver guest experiences. You will mentor individuals to be the best they can be and act as Duty Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• Management experience in hospitality required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills needed.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be a role model and guide development within your team.
