Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Coulsdon is seeking a Part Time Assistant Manager for The Fox. You will support the General Manager in daily operations, motivate and mentor your team, and act as Duty Manager when needed. The role focuses on guest experience and team development in a welcoming pub environment.

• Lead as Duty Manager when GM is unavailable.
