A leading educational institution is seeking a Part-Time Art Technician to support their art department. Salary: £27,029 - £30,010 per annum pro rata (equivalent to £13,629 - £15,132 per annum)

(22 hours per week, 39 weeks – term time plus 5 weeks of holiday time)

The Art Technician will be responsible for the safe maintenance of materials and management of the Art space. They will support the teaching staff and prepare materials and resources for lessons and individual students.
The successful candidate will ideally be a graduate in an aspect of Art practice or have knowledge and experience in the Creative Arts or Arts practice. The ability to prepare resources for students, including using machinery and tools to cut and measure wood, is essential. Experience in a school or charity environment would be beneficial.
