Job summary

Shaw healthcare is recruiting an Administrator at Homefield House, Basingstoke. The role is 22.5 hours per week, with a 3-day pattern (Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00). Salary: £13.85–£14.20 per hour, depending on experience. You will be the first point of contact, handle reception duties, and support the Home Manager in a busy care setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for visitors and professionals at the service.
• Reception duties: answer calls and manage deliveries.
• Process time sheets and secretarial filing.
• PA duties to the Home Manager and liaison with head office.
• Coordinate with departments on fees, purchasing, stock control, payroll and HR.
• Handle petty cash and residents' funds with accuracy.
• Ensure health and safety for residents and colleagues.
