Job Description:

Position: Full-Time Temporary Admin Officer - Stockport

Contract: for 3 months with possibility of extension

Working Hours: 18.5 hours per week, from Wednesday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £12.53

Responsibilities:
  • Support the admin team based in Stockport County Court.
  • Handle enquiries, correspondence, and telephone enquiries.
  • Attend meetings across teams and note-taking during face-to-face meetings, including action points.
  • Produce reports as required by magistrate committees.
  • Training will be provided on all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
  • Minimum qualifications: Five GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or relevant clerical experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The successful applicant will undergo a 3-year reference check and a DBS clearance.
