An established industry player in care services is seeking a Part Time Activities Co-ordinator for their Hatch Mill care home in Farnham. PART TIME ACTIVITIES CO-ORDINATOR needed at our Hatch Mill care home for older people in Farnham, Surrey with occasional travel to other care homes.
Description: Support with creating, planning, and delivering activities, outings, and events. Reporting to the Wellbeing Manager.
Experience/qualifications: Must have professional care experience. Must be a car driver and hold a UK driving licence.
15 hours per week – Tuesdays and alternate weekends. 9am – 5pm with ad hoc hours to support events in the care homes.

The role will be offered subject to a successful DBS check and right to work check plus two satisfactory references.
